Do you have Ethernet safety or hard wired safety? If you have the Ethernet option you need to put it in virtual mode to bypass the non existing communication. If hard wired, loom for the "MXT" connection card and jump the points for the external e-stop.
2 options;
Log in as a safety user level, go to safety menu, and disable any range / angle limits that are enabled. This would preserve the setup but allow you to move however you want.
boot into maintenance mode (hold menu while turning on cabinet power), log in as safety user level, then disable the FSU from the setup

You can look for an active OUTput in the Ladder Editor ( IN/OUT ----> Ladder Editor)
I think it's input 40054 ( EXT SERVO OFF 3 (E-STOP CATEGORY 1) and 40066 ( EXT SERVO OFF 2 (E-STOP CATEGORY 0)
