You're also asking for information on a robot that has not been produced for over 40 years. The odds of anyone still knowing how to resolve this issue are very low.

why not do as instructed? did you read READ FIRST?

this is English forum so please use English, stop repeating the same thing and do not send details to moderators. their job is to not to solve your problem but to moderate content. therefore post your issues in the forum so everyone can see what your trouble is and try to help. also this way any tip or resolution of the problem will be accessible to others - which the whole point of using forum.
