did you try logging in and confirming safety parameter change as suggested by message 108 and my previous post
When I confirm nothing happens, it simply does not work, I pass the lad one of my robot with the 6 axes functioning perfectly but when it helped us to relapse the 7th axis the file left I pass to see if you see some bad parameter, very grateful ..
When I confirm nothing happens, it simply does not work,
how exactly did you "confirm"...?
and please stop linking to external sites. you can ZIP your files and attach them here.
back to the issue:
in this case (safety checksum or timestamp changed) it may not be enough to try acknowledging messages. you may need to enter Safety Configuration and confirm changes there. I do not have details. KRC2 is obsolete and i have not seen one in years.
Also please read pinned topic READ FIRST. I do not see version of your KSS and installed options.
You seem to only state that controller is ed05 version but ... that is hardware only. That may be good enough when dealing with hardware integration and hardware interfaces and connections. But this is not enough to identify software (you are trying to apply configuration through software settings and therefore it is the software versions that matter).
Did you read relevant documentation? Safe robot will have SafeOperation option installed and some settings are found there. Different versions exist so you need to use correct documentation for your version.
Example manual:
and like all KUKA user documentation, it can be downloaded from Xpert (read pinned topic READ FIRST).
According to manual for SafeOp 2.2, process should be something like
1. login as Safety Maintenance
2. use menu Setup > Service > Safe operation > Configuration
3. navigate to General info and Global settings tab etc.
You may want to post screenshots of those pages.
it would be easier to offer you help if you would read replies and try following them.
the very first reply you got stated that screenshots should cover entire display.
i am done asking and answering here. good luck to you.
You need to import altered machine data into safe configuration and afterwards acknowledge transfer.how this is done is described in the documentation for your safe operation version whatever that may be.
Step photo that you ask me ..

Don't know. Don't speak your language. If you switch HMI to Englisch place holders should be replaced with useful text we might be able to understand.
The information and the photo is in English that it was what asked me, is correct.
A question also to friend Fubini how to transfer the modified file from which I sent in the previous post and pass from the hard disk the configuration to the RDW so that the change can be made correctly the robot works with that new configuration, thank you.

I'll quote myself.
As we proceed to make this change I do not have a manual where this comes this would be so kind as saying how, thank you.
already contains vital information on where to find the kuka portal where documentation can be downloaded. The same holds for
Hint:
So why not simply read and do the proposed solutions as suggested? As Panic said krc2 is old and specifics on how things are done may differ depending on specific version. A Forum can not replace reading and understanding documentation.
Fubini
The only thing I need is to know where I can download the information that tells me links or pdf you can send me to read how to proceed just how to send the lad one that is on the hard drive to the rdw to remove the error message that I sent the photo of sent the photo who sees in message and photo attached .. Thank you.

We have provided the necessary links to KUKA portal, where you can download necessary pdfs mutliple times.
You don't seem to be willing to invest the least amount of effort on your side. I'm out of this discussion as well. (Unless you send me the money you might earn with this project. Because it would have been me who did your work).
Sorry.
Thank you, I thought there would be a link or documentation in the forum or someone forum can help me because the only thing I need is the PDF where I can discard that documentation or simply pass the file slow down from the hard drive to the RDW, I just need to download Manual to be possible, thank you and apologize but I do not have much experience with the Kuka KRC2 edition 2005 that is my version to add the 7th axis of the rotary table.

Hello, where can I find the Kuka manual that sent me in the photo ..
I only encounter in the forum this step the link.
The KUKA manual. Safe Operation 2.2 I can not find it There can be sent or pass it as the one in the photo but a version 5.6.
But the question we make and nobody is not yet capable of answering the question is like passing the data from the hard drive to the RDW when the LADA is changed when in this case we have added a 7th axis, no one in the group has done it, And if it comes in the manual I do not mind reading it and see it but I do not have the manual version 5.6 of our KUKA KRC2 Edition 2005 that tell us how it is done, thank you.
