What error? There are some errors that require T1 to reset.
Why do you have to switch to T1? What do you do while in T1 to clear the error?
Are you using $CONF_MESS to reset the errors remotely while in EXT mode?
Yes, im using $CONF_MESS to reset the errors remotely.
I have a security barrier, when its invaded stop the robot.
I try reset the errors remotely but nothing happens, while in T1 i dont do anything just switch back to ext mode and programm runs
what messages you get exactly? are you sure your safety barrier is wired correctly? it should trip both channels. also assuming the barrier is wired to operator safety input. after tripping operator safety, recovery includes restoring operator safety. this means closing the guards and manually acknowledging operator safety. after that your PLC code should take care of the rest (clearing messages, powering up drives etc.)
