USED KRC2 ed05- Cannot create New program or jog the robot at all

Hello everyone,

I have an issue in starting the used KUKA KRC2 ed05 controler with KR210- L180-2 robot. When i startup the KRC2 and place the robot in T1 mode.

When I try to create new program, simple test just to jog the robot my soft key "NEW'' is not available at all, nor is "DELETE". Next to it I have tones of failures showed on pictures bellow. Also I see mark ? where the operating mode should say T1... I was able to put the robot in expert mode and when I tried to master it at least with a Dial, I was also not able to jog the robot. Please help, thank you very much

Here is the picture of Resolver box on robot, is it a safe robot am I missing the additional cables?

Is there a way to wire safe robot like normal one? With just one cable from resolver X31(robot side) -X21(krc2 side)?

One more question, how can I remove the profibus errors? My robot is not connected to anything outside peripherals, i just want to jog it. If I can I find the iosys file and comment out the lines regarding the external communicarion will it work? How to comment lines putting ";" in front of the line?

I have found pinout for x211c I will try to wire it correctly and see what happens thank you very much.

Excusse me, I'm reading everything you guys post, it is just that I have so manny errors to solve so I make parallel questions, I will be next to robot in 2 hours and first thing I will wire the x211c correctly to see If it will let me enable the motor drives.

Hello i have connected short jumpers on x211s accoridng to schematic bellow, and still facing same issues

How can I return the iosys.ini to default? To lose everything related to robot previous usage which makes me a headache? I saw on forum advice to run setup.exe from D: , Will I make things worse If I do that?

Guys, partial success, I have again aranged x211c looks like I had mistake forst time now I can create new program and when i press dead man switch it lets me jog but robot does not respond, my motor drives are still off even with dead man switch pressed. I got T1 in operating mode, any new solutions??
