Hello everyone.
We have an issue with a S4C+ controller 1400 welder .It works fine in automatic mode ,but when we change in manual mode the motors doesn't go on. It seems like a contractor is bad.
Does anyone know what's going on
Thanks in advance

It seems that you didn't describe the problem exact enough.
It's normal that the motors are going off when you switch to manual mode.
Any messages on the TP?
Check that the LEDs on the Panel Unit illuminate when the deadman switch is pulled in.
Try swapping teach pendants (with power off!!).
If the contactors are working in Auto, they most likely are good. Something in the enable chain is probably missing.
Sorry Her mann, I forgot to mention that I press the deadman on the Teach pedant.
Skooter I don't know about the LEDs wen switch the deadman, in wich boar are located. If I understood well the LEDs should go on wen I switch the deadman?
Led's on the panel board, DSQC509
possibility it could be one or both switches behind the deadman on pendant but as scooter said try switching pendants
Information on the DSQC509 Panel Unit referenced by Lemster68 can be found in the S4C+ M2000 Procedures manual found >here< on pages 82 - 84.
Which of the 6 LEDs on the upper right come ON when the Deadman is pulled in?
Hello Skooter, all the LEDs on DSQC 509 are lit even when i pull the Deadman or not, Uploaded the two errors which it gives

Did you swap the teach pendant?
The enabling device is the deadman switch in the teach pendant.
Like 851dave mentioned about the deadman circuit switches, sometimes when one of these switches goes bad, it will give this error.
Skooter i have no other teachpedant to try but I measure the function of two switches and it seams they are fine.it is possible that teachpedant cable is bad ,is there any way to determine which pins of conector corisponde to deadman switches
Hello again , does anyone have the electrical diagram for the Run Chain, S4C+ M2000
I think it will help ,
Thanks
Thanks Robiman
