I'm getting these error in krc4.I connected external monitor but nothing came to the screen.What could be the problem?

You have to connect the monitor before switching on the robot. If then nothing appears on the monitor:
It can be the same as for a normal PC.
- power supply.- mainboard
- ram
- cpu

I am doing the same at home, the monitor did not respond after connecting. I started pulling out in sequence, and the first time I pull out the network card, the monitor lights up.

it seems that KRC4 is trying to be energy efficient. if monitor is not detected at powerup, video output is disabled. once it is disabled, monitor cannot be detected any more. so you need to connect monitor before powering up KRC4. if you do so but monitor still shown nothing, most likely there is some hardware defect (not powered up, faulty motherboard or ram etc).
screenshot in first post shows that smartPad is booted but cannot connect to KRC4. this can indicate that something is wrong with smartPad (wrong firmware or hardware fault) or that KSS is not running properly on KRC4.

that is definitely an issue... if KRC PC does not run, smartPad cannot connect to it and ask for IP address.
you could test PSU for example like this:

is there 27VDC powering PSU? if not check PMB for blown fuses or maybe defective PMB (CCU) or 27VDC PSU
