KUKA KRC4 ERROS

Hello people, how are you?

My company has a KUKA KRC4 Stantard, using KSS 8.2.25 and the some errors are occuring, as in the attached photos

Have you people seen this kinds of erros before? It's also not possible to activate Start Up mode (IBN), can you explain why?

Looks like you eventually miss some files...

Which files? The robot is stopped, we are trying to start it up again. This image (KSS 8.2.25) is not it's originalonly. We only changed the WoV Project.

For example it is missing the mam file.

check C:/krc/roboter/rdc for <serialnumber>.mam

You're saying the Image is not original! Is the Image and the WoV Project the correct one for this robot/controller?
