the E1 table stopped turning and shows error 1168, before that error it was turning and suddenly stopped and showed error 1104 (Ackn, regulator limit exceeded E1). What could be the problem? I checked all the cables and everything is fine.

axis is decoupled, therefore it cannot be controlled.
axis is a little bit more than a cable, it also includes drive, motor, gearbox, feedback cable... then there is the software side. in other words your troubleshooting stopped way too early.
decupling is done in the program, for E1 it would be:
$ASYNC_EX_AX_DECOUPLE = 'B000001'
for E1and E3 that would be:
$ASYNC_EX_AX_DECOUPLE = 'B000101'
so you need to find that and make sure it does not happen again.
then you need to couple the axis back.
to couple all of them back to KRC:
$ASYNC_EX_AX_DECOUPLE = 'B000000'

Tell me, where exactly to look for it and in which program to do it?

you can't be serious. how can anyone know what is on your robot hard drive...
your robot may have many programs and they can be named anything.
that is why YOU need to read them till you find it.
if you want to look for this efficiently, read pinned topic READ FIRST.
there is a lot of good info including what programs are handy.
one of the tools mentioned is AgentRansack.
1. collect archive of your robot
2. extract it into a folder on your computer
3. use AgentRansack (or whatever other GREP kind of tool you have) to search for $ASYNC_EX_AX_DECOUPLE
Otherwise, read all SRC and SUB files yourself - line by line.
Btw this is how one goes about searching for anything... (an output etc.)

Thank you very much everything was successful , at first I didn't understand what file I had a test file in the archive I restored it and started it and everything worked, the axis got attached.
