You need to request it from Kuka. Then you will get download link and trial license for 30days (or permanent - if you pay)

Many users of KRC1 and KRC2 seem to have hard time understanding I/O mapping.
specially after analog IO module is added to existing unit.At a first look it may look intimidating but really - it is just counting....
