G'day everyone. Quick question: I have a customer who experiences MotionSup faults (over-torque) sometimes while trying to pull a work piece out of a mold. Right now, they have to go to the IRC5 pendant to acknowledge the error and get the motors back on.
My question is this: is there a configuration that would make it possible to remotely reset and recover from these faults?
More broadly: is there a list of faults that can and cannot be reset remotely, and configuration settings for them? I imagine some categories of error are hard-coded to only accept a acknowledgement from the pendant, but others might be open to changing that setting.
