We have a few machines that are running very slow while in T1 and T2, we had a different company integrate them for us due to the time frame we needed them done. I can not for the life of me figure out why they are running so slow. All the variables I know of are at 100. Is there any variables that override these ones? I am sure there are but I must be drawing a blank on which ones override all of the ones listed below. It is probably something I'm overthinking.

    $SCR.$RUNOVLIM-100

    $SCR.JOGOVLIM-100

    $SCR.$TPENBLEOVRD-100

$SCR.$SFRUNOVLIM-NOT USED DUE TO IT ALWAYS BEING ON

$SCR.$SFJOGOVLIM-NOT USED DUE TO IT ALWAYS BEING ON

    $MCR.$GENOVERRIDE-100

    $MCR_GRP.$PROGOVERRIDE-100

    :loudly_crying_face:

Nope the robots are mounted above the welding fixtures, all cells are triple robot, turn table style robots. A-side B-side type deal

Sadly it was not an issue with BGLOGIC either. Guess its time to dig deeper :face_with_rolling_eyes:

What is "very slow"? What is approximately the speed?

All motions or only certain ones? Linear or Joint?

    Is speed displayed as 100%?

Do you have similar machines with robot moving much faster?

Do it well right away. It will become bad by itself.

Only slow when in teach mode. When shift fwd/bwd to execute the program. It’s so slow that our PR_SYNC times out when the 3 robots are trying to run a pns program in teach. Speed is displayed as 100% when in teach mode while running programs. To be honest I’d say it’s around 10-15% when moving. We have 30 triple mig cells and we only are having issues with two.

maybe there is a system variable where you can set the mm/s speed when in teach mode?

I've been digging, have not found anything yet. Will continue to dig :). Sad part is the integrator has since closed. So I couldn't get ahold of those guys to see what they did differently.

    Maybe this could help:

From the Robot's homepage (accessible through a web browser), you can find "Variable files available on MD:".

After clicking on that, you will see a list of files. One of them is "SYMOTN.VA" which is Motion System Variables. Right click on the page and Save as html, or select all the text and copy and paste into a text editor.

Do this on the robot with the slow T1 speed and the normal robot. Then use a Diff tool such as Beyond Compare to compare the text files. It will let you jump to each system variable that is different between the 2 robots.
