I am trying to figure out the maximum speed of J6 while in T2 mode. Right now is being overridden to 50%. How do I set the override limit to 100% for T2 for running a program?

The maximum speed of each joint will be specific to each type of mechanical unit

It's a system variable. It governs the max override the user can run the robot in a teach mode. By default it is at 50. Bump it to 100, and you will be able to run at 100% in T2.
You do not need to add it to any program.
