Nothing at the moment. We want to make it pick and place. We had the first step with the welding. But now it breaked.
But when i unplug the motor only it give no errors.

Yes when i try to run it keeps running without error

Can you move robot and place in a different position?
Maybe:
JT1 at zero degrees
JT2 at zero degrees
JT3 at -90 degrees
JT4 ……….
JT5 at zero degrees
JT6 at zero degrees

Yes that is possible if i hold jt 4 disconnected.

I place everything back in original state as you asked and unplug the jt 4 motor. Then i moved all axis except jt 4 to 0 position. And yes i moved them all. No problems.

Bring JT3 to -90 degrees aswell.
Plug JT4 back in and re-check.
This is just rule out possible 'internal harness' wear at different posture.

It runs a bit better but i dont know what you mean. Why should it run now because no weight on the motor?

Now it run a sec correct then trouble noise and then it run correct then trouble noise enz.
The brake isnt the problem he? There where no manual break release switches.

The servo system expects to see a load on the motor (there is lots of tuning parameters in servo software), so when no load is applied you can get judder.
So it's not always advisable to run motor without mechanical load attached.
However, yours still isn't running smooth, so there is still problem.
Can you try and jog JT4 at different teach speeds and tell me if you notice any difference?
