Js 010 I checked the small kabel that is the encoder kabel i guess?
-
Js030 no then it still toggle between to positions and got that error as i sent.
-
Connector on left is encoder signal yes......that is known get problems.
Also, in side robot behind connector is 1FG board, all encoder harness from encoders interface on 1FG board and you can swap around.
Usually FG-CN1 for JT 1 => FG-CN6 for JT6.
On JS30 are brakes fully released so you can use brake release and move by hand freely.
-
Can i release break manually by TP? So yes how 😊
-
No only by buttons in Cabinet.
-
Js 010 is working. 🎉🎉🎉
Did you mean this in the connector that is wrong? I didnt understand so i measure all the pins. Many thanks to you men. 🍺🍺🍺
Thanks a lot.
-
Yes, that connector, was that the problem, sometimes just removing and reconnecting it works.
Nice one my friend, so you have error free and running now?
-
Also check that with JS30......you maybe lucky....
-
You mean green button in the controller?
Or the power button?
-
Too many different things going on, I'm confused...…….
1. Is JS10 working now.
2. If so, was it the connector that was the problem.
3. The JS30, that connector could also be the problem too.
4. Usually there are brake release buttons inside controller.
-
No luck with the pins on the js030
How do i manually release the breaks. I red that i need a release box but i dont have it. Inside the controller there is no button i think?
-
Js10 is working great thanks a lot
The connector was on the end the problem.
-
The js 30 was running well. Nothing changed but the next day i came back it has gasping motor. Very strange
-
If you haven't got brake release buttons in controller, or brake release box then manual release is not possible then.
AD Controllers used to have 7 red buttons for manual brake release on inside right side of cabinet.
Does yours not have these then?
Glad to hear about JS10, I think you have been lucky, especially as you had spare boards too.....Well done...…….
-
When i swap 4 and 5 motors the problem is also happend on the 5 motor. So i think not motor issue.
-
I think green button is overtravel override switch only....but cannot be 100% sure.
You either have gearbox problem, or wiring problem (again) then.
1. If you still get error with motor coupled to gearbox, then it has to be wiring or possible 1GE.
2. If gearbox is tight spots, this can cause these errors.
3. If brake not releasing fully, this can cause this problem.
4. If error occurs around certain positions in program - this is different.
What happens when motor is coupled and you go into Teach Mode and jog Joint 4 ONLY at very lowest speed?
-
When i tested this before i removed the robot vibratie the arm. Then it got stuck on high current on p - n. But i wil but it back togther to be sure. But one thing i think it strange. When i swap motor the problem is gone from that single motor and happend on other axis. So encoder and motor isnt the problem. Maybe wiring or hardware inside the controller as you Said.
-
So before removing, or seeing this error, the arm was oscillating?
-
You are providing very confusing information with the JS30 now...…
