I am using a KUKA KR70 WITH KRC4 KSS 8.6.8;
And in my project, I am using a quick-change pallet system. As the system we need a signal to lock and unlock.
Workers always set the unlock signal rise up when they just learning how to use the robot. That make the gripper fall down in a wrong position. We have lost many grippers.
My question is: If some ways to protect the signal not to be set or reset in T1/T2 mode? (The signal is connecting in $out[2] in a EL2008)
(Really want to know how to do that, every gripper makes us a long time to repair)
