Maybe for Win11 another version of the redistributable is necessary. This can be downloaded directly from Microsoft. Try to install it and Sim should skip installation if already installed. Btw. there is now a single joint redistributable for all Visual Studio Version greater equal VS2015.

For reference, I was able to install it on a freshly installed window 11 on a VM.
Finally find out that a bloatware from my laptop manufacturer (HP) was blocking a service and was stopping me from installing visual studio 2005 and 2008. -
Ask Kuka.

.
KUKA sim 4.0.2 version has not been released. Where topikstarter downloaded?
-
Typo. If it wasn't released he doesn't have it.
Please quote original post, don't translate it into a language I don't know!

Ask Kuka.
Kuka were answering my mail once a week when they answer it. I have no luck communicating with them.

Ii see from your email that you are in Canada. Not sure who you are contacting or nature of questions but you should be getting responses right away unless it is something very specific that local support and engineering cannot answer. That may require forwarding requests to Germany and .... that can get slow.
And Win11 compatibility related question may just fit the bill. I don't think many people are using Win11 yet with KUKA products.
Couple of guesses:
As the message shows it is a 32-bit system being installed. I would expect any user computer today to use 64-bit and Win11 may make a fuss about that. Perhaps try another machine that runs Win10.
Are you installing software according to KUKA recommendations? For example any software install should be run as admin.
Did you include installation logs? Support really puts low priority on cases that do not provide all info at once. Asking for help and sending info piecemeal is a bad strategy. Being told to supply some more or specific info is a pretty good sign that case is probably not at the top of the queue. Worse, following though email chains is painful on its own. Which is why i tried to use READ FIRST for example to steer people in providing more or less complete summary of the issue and steps to recreate problem. Keep in mind that person helping you does not sit in front of your computer and may have to guess or assume many things.
info shared so far in this thread also leaves few things out.
like user account type, exact path from which installation is started, available resources (RAM and HDD space), md5 check of installation folder, type of installer used (full name including extension).
for example running *.msi normally only installs that product without dependencies, better stick with setup.exe if available (WorkVisual for example) .
