1. power down KRC
2. get new CR2032
3. replace dead CR2032 on the KPC motherboard
4. connect PS2 keyboard
5. place PWR_ON jumper of motherboard
6. powerup KRC and use keyboard to enter BIOS
7. load KUKA default settings
8. save BIOS settings and exit
Thanks
I have try this , but i reboot always stuck on black screen and i need to junper PWR_on
And it will be like that until you replace CMOS battery, enter BIOS, load KUKA default settings and SAVE them....
Hello
I have follow all the steps … replaced battery… enter bios , load default … save
After reboot satay the same ( back screen )
Thanks
Then probably the cmos in rtc is broken. Haven't heard about that issue a long time, but in former days this happened sometimes on standard pc Mainboards. So you have to change the rtc (normally not easy for a non electrician) or the motherboard or live with it.

before you start hacking motherboard... are you sure that battery you installed is good one? how did you determine that? are you sure that contacts are clean?
are you sure you installed it in correct orientation?
i have seen several times people "replace batteries" without paying attention to detail, grabbing any old battery that may be sitting on the shelf for eons, not checking if there is corrosion (at or near socket), not paying attention to polarity....
just saying....
Problem solve
Thanks
