    Hello guys, we have a KUKA KRC4 2013 with KSS 8.2.25, presenting 3 errors;

    -Speed of outer fan too low (Cause our external fan is dead, so that one is ok);
    -KCP connection error;
    -Safety stop;

    We already exchanged the smartpad and bipped the smartpad connection cable and power supply. Do you guys have any ideia of what it could be or what should we test? On KUKA Virtual Pendant, we press the deadman button and try to move the robot but it does not work

    dead fan is not ok but whatever...

    did you check if KPC boots? try connecting external monitor and then booting up. some older KPCs did not have video output so to check this one may also need a video card.

    Yes, the system starts normally, if I connect the monitor and disconnect the smartpad, the fault goes away.

    Edit: When I press the emergency button, or a deadman button, no different messages appears on the smartpad, what make sense, since the there is a connection error with the smartpad.

    if the same happens with different smartPads, that would suggest that problem is not on smartpad. most likely something may be wrong with the CCU or interface (wiring) between CCU and X19... perhaps bent or pushed out contacts if someone was trying to connect smartPad forcefully...

    Hello Panic Mode,

    The pins were ok, but two of them were inverted, I fixed it and the fault came out, but now the robot has the fan failure and safety stop.

    I can't get into start-up mode and when I go into security configuration, it looks like the touchup has been disabled, have you got something like that?
