We had a robot technician from skala robotech look at it today. it turned out to be due to a parameter that needed to be changed, also the cable to the robots was switched so the encoder data didn't match.
Both robots are now operational, thank you for helping

Hello, I am currently working on a YASNAC MRC robot as a school project. When turning on the power an error with "Alarm 200" shows up on the screen. After troubleshooting for a while we found out the battery for the encoder module was dead, the backup batteries in both robots were also dead. after replacing the batteries the error still won't go away, and according to the manual the encoder module will have to be reinitialized.
Is this something we can do by ourselves, or do we need to contact Yasnac to resolve this error ?Các bác sĩ cho biết thêm:
can give someone who needs:
1. Ensure MRC power is off prior to performing the fllowing
2. turn the rotary switch on the MCP10 to 7 and turn on MRC controller power .
3. select SETUP SYSTEM using the cursor up/down keys and press ENTER
4. select SYSTEM CONFIGURATION using the cursor up/down and press ENTER on the programming pendant
5. select INITIALIZE using the cursor up/down and press ENTER on the programming pendant
6. you will now be ask a number of question pertaining to the configuration of your system answer each by cursoring up/down left/right and pressing ENTER on the programing pendant after selecting the appropriate answers .
7. After answering YES to the final '' are you sure question'' . power down the controller and power back -up.
8.Re-load all MRCII data , System is now ready to run .
... the go to back home position an now use the robot .

Nope not that, sorry it is ERC that has the switch. If you give me an email I could send you a Dropbox link with everything you will need to get going.
