I have a KR210 robot on KL1500 linear track, KRC2 controller with KSS 5.2.9 software.

The KRC2 manual in the earlier post should be mostly valid for KRC1. The hardware is different, but the process is the same. Although the menus may be a bit different on KRC1.
Hm... I did find an old KRC1 manual.

Set the correct machine data.
Now you know not really more than before, but you should give more informations about what you have done, post faulty machine data, describe your system, hardware and software. Then may be, you will get better help.

It's not a KUKA drive module in the KRC2? Usually using non-KUKA drives doesn't work.

So, it's a KUKA servo motor. But what is the drive module? Typically, a KRC2 needs one KSD module, inside the KRC2, for each servo motor.
