I did a job like last week lol so as you seem to just rotating E1 to weld the weave will work correctly a
I had to insert this in my program after the ini line and the used circle weld moves and switches and it worked fine

Very odd i went from krc2 V4.1.7 to V8.3.3 with no issues
Have you tried running the software installer again with the Programs installed and letting KSS upgrade them
D:\KRC_Release\setup.exe

I found the issue you cannot use VRP if you are plugged in to the service port you need to be on the KLI

do a fresh install with only video card and MFC installed unplug any devnet cables

most common thing on these is the cdrom is knackered try another cd rom drive

How old where the hard drives ? maybe buy a new hard drive and install in on that then take an image so you can recover quickly . I assume its a non ed05 that you have upgraded

I have the same setup with kss version 8.4 and have no error both using wv6

Any idea why i get this error i have had this setup on older krc 4s with no issues but tonight i get warning on WV
kss v8.5.8 using an ek1100 with am el6695 its only a warning though

you cannot use the interrupt program for motions like that you can use global positions rel moves and such nothing with the inline form

On the old systems you used to be able to run a reseal batch file that allowed windows to reinstall and setup the unique names i assume you can still do this on a krc4 i just havent needed to yet

possible motherboard issue that's the pc rebooting and the sync () is the power down function i believe
