Hello,
I'm beginner in robot arm and I got a KUKA ZH 15-2 with a KRC-1 cabinet 2 years ago. This robot was bought supposedly working with all the doc and the kuka CDs.
At the first attempt to start it, it didn't boot, the hard drive got damaged (probably during the transport). So I replaced it and started a fresh installation.
Thx to the technotes I could install win95 and KSS. (in reality it took hours, mainly because almost all my flopp disks are dead ... ). Then, after a battle with the X11 connector, I could enable the driver by pushing the dead man switch.
So, I switched in T1, in +,- control mode and separated axis mode (sorry I don't have all the kuka vocabulary for now) at 1% speed to see if the robot can move a little bit before starting a proper calibration. And… technically it did move xD But instead of moving A5 axis (or any other axis...) , A3 moved, shook hard and the circuit breaker tripped. Here is a video of the issue.
Sometimes the circuit breaker survive, and so I can see an error code 1100 related to A3 brake. I guess that's because the brake of A3 didn't unlock since it was not supposed to move...
I'm almost sure (but as I said I'm a beginner, so I'm probably wrong ^^) that's an issue in the mada, so I checked to ensure that was the right robot type and I found "KR15_2 FLOOR ZH02" in one of the mada files so It looks ok.
I also noticed that the 12V batteries are low, could that be related to my issue ?
If someone have any idea of what I did wrong, help would be very appreciated.
Thx in advance !
