Hello,
I have problem on my KR30 KRC2. Oil leaking on 4th reduction gear(wrist ZH30/45/60-3).
My question is, if I can change it with new wrist ZH30/45-2 From KRC1?
The fitting should be the same, but what about gear ratio?
Did someone change it already?
Can someone check if the fitting and gear ratio is the same or not?
I would need answers ASAP.

panic mode, you mean axis limitation which is visible on the outer side of robot axis 1?
But in my case the limitation is under the black cover of axis 1.
I’ll take a picture in moday, to show you.

Does anybody know about limitter on axis 1. There is, on axis 1, some ring(hardware switch limit), which is mounted On axis 1 which is independent of it. First time I saw switch limit like this...
But the problem is, that when robot moves with high velocity from left to right side and back, some loud noise comes out of it (loud cracking).
The limitter looks like is mounted on bearing.
Does anybod has idea how to reduce the noise, or how to fix it?

Why would you throw out cabinet and drive robot with other drivers? You already have everything. Rc30/51 are very good machine. We have tem in the production over 20 years and never some big problems with them.

Exactly like SkyeFire wrote, but for this you have to be very precise. By my applications even dial gauge is not the best thing to master the robot.
