I am a big supporter of circular use of resources. For that reason, I would also like to use used machines in production processes.
I am working on a project where I will realise a 2D assembly table with 4 servomotors (X1-X2-Y1-Y2). In recent years, I have successfully used kuka KRC1 150 and 200 models. I still have a robot standing and would like to use its controller and motors for this project.
I have already researched and found many parameters in the $machine.dat. I want to avoid trying on a try-on-error basis so I want to ask if anyone knows which parameters, and perhaps several configuration files I need to adjust.
I also want to apply the 4 equal servomotors. (all the smaller axis 4,5,6 motors) This means that on the controller (PM600) at axis 1 a different motor than normal will be connected. Do I have to declare this motor somewhere? I cannot find this anywhere.
I hope someone can help me with this.
