iRvision Setup Help

    I've been following YouTube videos and guides on how to setup a SC130EF2 camera, but keep running into the issue that there is no Camera Setup on my teach pendant. I've gotten the pendant to display the image but cannot figure out how to actually set up the camera.

    I've already set up the user frame on the grid I would like to calibrate to.

    I tried setting it up online but when I try to run visctrlsv8.exe nothing happens.

    When I go to Utilities > iRCalibration the only option is Vision Master Recovery and I get an error at the top saying this robot is not supported.

    When I go to Vision Data Setup, I have options to pick a VSFT; they all say Not Trained but have the SC130EF2 as the selected camera.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, it seems like I just need to find the vision setup portal but I haven't been able to yet. Thanks!

    Wanted to throw the solution out there to anyone that runs into this issue as I could not find it anywhere online (lost the password to the original post account and had to make a new one).

    Check if you have the vision package by navigating through Menu -> Status -> Version ID -> Config. The 2D iRVision package is R685. If you purchased it and do not have it uploaded to the controller, you should be able to follow the directions that came with a provided USB with the software on it.

    Do you know the difference between J901 (iRVision 2DV) and R685 (iRVision 2D Pkg)? It seems that both of them can work properly with 2D vision.
