    Dear All,

I hope all of you are in good health.

I have MOTOMAN ROBOT SPX160, couple month a go , robot generating an alarm 4315 time to time and after that robot stop in different position especially in "L" position. we tried to attempt different method to rectify the problem but problem not solved.

    further,

major alarm showing 1314 servo tracking error on L axis. And the jerking problem also observed in L-Axis when pick up the 72 Kg load , same problem also in unload.

currently reading showing on shock detection level is.

R1 valid , max disturbance 100 and detection level 150 on play mode.

Please provide us the technical assistance to resolve this issue.

    Thanks,

    Najeeb ur Rehman

It’s the electrical harness that the base cables plug into. The harness goes through the arm and has the wiring/connectors for each motor, brake, and encoder.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

Changed the title of the thread from “Main Harness change on M-10iA and M-710iC” to “MOTOMAN ROBOT SPX160 Issues”.

I've moved your post into its own thread in the appropriate subforum. You will get better responses here that bumping a 4 year old thread for a different robot.

Check out the Fanuc position converter I wrote here! Now open source!

Check out my example Fanuc Ethernet/IP Explicit Messaging program here!

    I have MOTOMAN ROBOT SPX160 ...

Why asking in Fanuc section ?

You should open a new thread in the correct forum section
