Hello
How could I do a pick and place? My idea is that I have 9 cubes and I want to arrange them in a 3X3 matrix. I have a KRC4 Compact and a KR3 R540

Assuming you are picking up from the same location: (simply explained)
1. You can teach all nine position. Have a variable var_box that adds one to itself after each drop. For the drop, have a case for that variable and have a position in each case for the box for that number:
2. Have a reference position, a taught base, then add some distance x/y every time you drop a box. And every time a row finishes, return that position to its initial but add the distance in the col position. This way, it is easy to change the size of the grid and the distances in the future. Can be done with two counters, one for row and one for col. But ca also be done with one counter using mod.
But there are many others way to do it. These are only suggestions.
Perfect, I'm going to try to do what you told me to do.
Thank you
Slightly overkill, but illustrates how math-based "grid" operations can be standardized.
Thanks SkyeFire, I'll look at it
