There is continuity between pin 1 and 3, and pin 2 and 4. But it does not give voltage between 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. I tested it with the DMM and it gives 0 volts

I have a KRC5 micro, but I don't quite understand how that XG12 I/O module is wired for the digital inputs and outputs. Do you have a drawing of how they would be connected? XD12 and XD12.1(Power supply interfaces) it does not supply me with voltage, it gives me 0 V when I measure with the multimeter voltage between the yellow and green circles of the attached image, the X12 is also shown there in the image.

Hello, I need a recommendation about the safety sensors or limit switches for safety in the doors of my cell, I have a KR 3 R540 robotic arm with a KR C4 Compact controller, so I have two limit switches together that are activated synchronously , and I connected one to pins 3-4 and the other to pins 12-13 of my X11. As I understand it, that set of limit switches would only go to one door, but in my case, I have two doors in my cell as seen in the image. In which pins would I have to connect the other sensor for the other door?
