servo 062 alarm cannot get past this screen or to clear alarm

    I have a similar problem. Got a servo bzal o62 alarm but can not get to the screen to clear alarm. I replaced all the batteries. What am I missing. ? Here is a snap shot of what is on the screen r j 3 controller

    Make sure that $MASTER_ENB is set to true.

    I am not able to get to that screen any help would be greatly appreciated..

    Go to the systems variable screen. Menu>System>Variables and look for the $MASTER_ENB variable first as pdl mentioned.

    If you have password protection and are not logged in it will not show up. Additionally, if your quick/full menu toggle is on quick, it will not show up.

    To clarify, SYSTEM does not show up unless on full menus.

    well the robot. Guy put a password in. But. I was told he got rid of it somehow because he couldn't remember it. Okay how do u know or can tell that it is on quick menu thanks

    Press the FCTN key. See Quick/Full menu. Select that and enter. Your full menu should load up.
