    aytac balaban,

    Per the ABB Troubleshooting Manual:

Eventlog: 20573, Controller ID is Missing

Remedy: Read the serial number of the controller from the controller cabinet to find out what the controller ID should be. Use RobotStudio tools to set this value for the controller.

In RobotStudio > Properties, add the controller ID to be the serial number that's on the controller's cabinet.

    Hope that helps.

You should be able to enter the properties as long as you request write access, and you're connected to the port on the controller.

The MOC.cfg has the robot serial number in it. Examine that file and ensure that it is there and is correct. That may or may not be the problem. There is also a system.xml file in your backup. Examine it for the presence and correct serial number.

Where did you enter the values? I am unable to edit the Controller name and controller ID values
