I am trying to create a sanding operation where an ARC Mate 120 iB will be holding the path and presenting it to the sander and it only needs to rotate around J6. Instead the tcp is following the path, im new with roboguide so i am not sure on what settings i need to change to fix this. Thanks in advanced

You have to select the Edges or vertices of the CAD part.
Then it will create a Path

I have done that already, But instead of the the robot holding the part and following the tool path the robot itself is following the tool path around the part.

In the Cad to path menu there are options for orientation settings. One of those settings is probably what you need.
