What is the difference between using conveyor tech and writing $ov_pro for manually from PLC? In technicality which one is batter for low and constant speed of say 8m/min?

ConveyorTech links the active Base frame of the robot to the moving conveyor, and is synchronized to the actual conveyor motion using a resolver and the Fast Measurement inputs.
By comparison, manipulating $OV_PRO would be "blind". If the conveyor speed was slow and truly constant, it might serve.
