What is the minimum diameter which a yaskawa robot can cut in a laser cutting application with accuracy and repeatability?

You would have to refer to the manual for your specific arm. Big difference in repeatability between a GP8 and MH900.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

I have MH 50 which is having DX100 controller and I tried to plot a circle with diameter 16mm. Again i tried to plot 12mm diameter but the shape seems to be oval. For both circle i took 8 points to plot a circle.

Maybe you need a CAD/CAM software: in some application for a simple circle you need hundred of points for a good results and the only way to do it is to create a path in a CAD and postprocessing in a CAM.

I use Eureka but there are tons of programs for robot.

    okay,

But is there any possibility by using teach pendant writing program and achieving the required smallest Diameter.

maybe you can use Formcut function too. But it is an option and need pay.

Normally a robot can't cut under 10mm dia circles. Anything under 10mm use a drill.

It’s a paid Yaskawa parameter. If the real controller has it, load the cmos or all.prm.
