Hello.
i have a problem with my robot. i use motoman SIA 10D with DX100 as controller. i have program and run it in the robot. but, when i run it, the robot suddently out of the tool path and stop. and in the pendant appears Alarm 4416 pulse limit [R1 : Max Slurbite]. i search it on google,but i still have no clue to solve it.
do you any suggestion for me?

you cannot use LOADJ to load a job from usb.you have to copy it manually , but you can use DELETEJ to delete the program once finished.

A few months ago I had the same problem with fronius. I tried to modify each parameter individually but without any positive effect, so I made another welding program and solved the problem.

I modified this from here: SYSTEM/SETUP/CONTROL GROUP/S (your station)/MECHA SPEC. and here I added 200 degrees in - and 200 in +. I hope this helps you.
