HELP!
Trying to make some slight improvements to our cycle time for our production robots. We run R-30iA, R-30iB & R-30iB+ robots in-house.
What I’m trying to
accomplish here is, have the robot RUN a Torch Clean during a positioner
rotation. I found the Multiple Control option where I can use my RUN but when I
step thru in teach, I get an “Already Locked by Other Task” error. I tried to
run as a normal program & as a macro (just for giggles) with the same
ending result.
Since the Group 1 is programmed to remain at home during a positioner rotation, I'm assuming this would interfere with the RUN program. It seems like program changes would have to be made to accommodate the RUN option, if I'm even able to execute this.
Anyone have any thoughts? Would there be a better way to approach this with a different method?
