1. Read the pinned topic "READ FIRST" at the top of the forum
2. "Active Commands Inhibited" is simply an informational message. It normally happens when someone hits the Step Forward button while the motors are not on.
3. Clear the message window (use the blue button on the left side of the KCP to rotate focus between windows -- the active window takes on a blue background. When the message window is focused, the right-hand button in the bottom row should change to "Ackn All" - press this). After clearing all the clearable messages, any remaining messages will detail what needs to be fixed. -

If you are new to robots, why are you using T2 mode?
In manual modes (T1 and T2) it is REQUIRED to hold enabling switch or drives will not be on. Without drives on, pressing start key will produce messages you complain about.
-
And fix your estop
-
I have seen on other topic that to fix estop I have to make some connection on X11 under the cabinet. It is right?
-
maybe....
maybe all you need to do is release any pressed EStop button (on teach pendant, cabinet or elsewhere) and acknowledge message.
-
The only estop is on teach pendant. I think the error is from it.
-
X11 also counts as estop. The X11 plug must be connected to a valid safety system(cage, estop buttons, light curtains, etc.), but it may be jumpered according to the manual for brief testing.
-
I want to jump the wires on X11 because I dont have another safety system. Is this jumper diagram right for cleaning the emergency message ?
-
It is not matter of just placing some jumpers.... X11 is a safety interface meaning you need to know what you are doing. placing jumpers instead of real safety devices can make the nuisance message(s) go away but you are violating standards and making robot dangerous.

I've solved the Estop problem. I don’t know how to deal with “Drives contactor Off”. I found something in a kuka manual about Error message/ troubleshooting, but I don’t know how to solve this problem.
-
Are you sure you know what you're doing at all? I'm almost convinced you don't.
That message isn't a problem, the robot is ready to run.If you haven't figured out what the deadman switches are for and where they are, you really need to go read at least the basic manual before you kill yourself, someone, or the robot.
You have a big and very heavy metal robot with powerful servo drives there, it's not a desktop Agilus that can't harm you if you stand a meter away.

Exactly

Hi! I have the same problem. Please let me know how to solve it if you find the answer. Thank you !
