that is only followup message. original was 26005. either way there are several things that could go wrong:
    1. external axes feedback cables faulty or not connected correctly
    2. external axis motor faulty
    3. WorkVisual configuration incorrect
    4. Faulty RDC
    5. controller firmware upgrade needed

Hi, I have this exact error on a KR10 R900, after unplugging and then plugging in an encoder cable. And I cannot find a way to reset the error, any suggestions?

I did, not much had worked but after further investigation, it turned out to be that the plastic encoder plug had fallen inside the robot, when the cable was plugged back in. Not much was holding it in there

That plug is normally reasonably robust, but it is vulnerable to someone inserting the cable improperly rotated and forcing the threads to tighten. And if the plug has been damaged this way even once, it it much more fragile afterwards.
