This might be too simple, but you know that you have to hold 1 of the buttons on the back of the kcp to activate the drives? The only message i see is that the drives are not activated, and the only way too activate the drives in T1 is to hold that button.

yes i know you can see the pic i hold back button but the drives not activate

I had an issue like this once. It turned out that one of the wires in the X11 jumper was bad. But this particular wire, for some reason, would not produce an error message.
Also, since this is an old robot (has it been in storage?), there could be sticking relays. Check the safety boards inside the cabinet and ensure that the relays move when the KCP Enabler is pressed.

THANK YOU ,
would you send for me correct wires in the X11 jumper . please . -
is it KRC2 or VKRC2?
for KRC2 you can find connections in download section. VW uses different connections:XS2
Estop: b1-a3, a4-b2
Operator safety:b5-b6, b7-b8
Ext. EStop: b3-a1, a2 b4
power loop: f1-a5, f2-a6
Jumpers: d7-d8, d9-d10, d11-d12 -
xs2= x11
Estop: b1-a3=5-20 , a4-b2=21-4
Operator safety:b5-b6=7-8, b7-b8=25-26
Ext. EStop: b3-a1=23-2, a2 b4=3-22
power loop: f1-a5=106-88, f2-a6=107-89
Jumpers: d7-d8=38-50, d9-d10=39-51, d11-d12=x4:5-6i do this wiring but kuka dont move in mode T1 in manual mode
when i hold kpc back button relay k1 , k2 not active
