What is the control type KRC2/KRC4?
Which mode you want to run, Automatic External/Automatic?
Is there any message on the pendant?

How are you sure that robot safety circuit is OK? Do you have any message on Teach Pendant?
move enable input (1025) not allowed

So, it is clear you are missing $MOVE_ENABLE. Check for this input, how is it configured in your robot. It should be a normally closed signal meaning staying high in order to run the robot. Look for the Automatic External Configuration. To be able to run the robot in Automatic mode, you need to have all safety circuit Ok and necessary interfacing with high level controller should be fulfilled. Look into Configuration Manual, it will give you more detailed explanation about this.

Maybe a bit of a simple answer, but have you tried preforming a cold start? I know that some software versions won't allow you to use input 1025(always on signal) in automatic external mode. Even if you change the signal from 1025 to something else the machine won't start unless you preform a cold start.
I know this because our machine normally runs in automatic external mode and when i am programming in T1 i have to change the move enable input to 1025, because the external source is operating. Sometimes it happened that i switched back to Automatic external before changing the signal parameters back and i would get the same message. After that i could not start it unless i preformed a cold start.
there is a difference between AUT and EXT mode. since you are getting message about move enable, your robot is in EXT mode not in AUT.
i tried to make a cold start nothing changed still the same problem.
wheather it is possible to make factory restore in robot so that i can try from start to look it again?
You need to edit the option.dat inside krc\stu folder then you need to change this

make this false then you you can moveenable as 1025 if thats what are you doing
