ı have a krc4 standart robot. and it has not used yet. when ı use it as start up mode everything is ok. but when ı use x11 connection as blind robot giving me low batteries detected error when it's opening. am ı missing something?

did you insert the X11 then power on ?

X11 plug has jumpers that power other devices such as Ethernet switch (connections 105-107 and 106-108).
you may want to leave controller on to charge batteries. if that does not help, you have to replace them. they are consumables anyway and need to be changed every 2.5 years.

If it's a new robot then leave it powered on for a bit.
Our last one came up with a "battery performance low" error on boot, or something similar, anyway different to the error you get when the battery is not connected.
Leaving it powered for the day and it never came back.
