What ı m trying to do is checking motor current externaly. so ı have to do this by using a current transformer. but ı didnt get any result ı think its becuse of frequency. Any idea of this driver input output frequency?

My point is not exactly robots, but ı want to measure the spot welding motor current. I have 3HAB8101 type driver for spot welding motor. I tried to measure current between driver and motor. but ı didnt get any result . I think it s because of frequency. where is the best place to measure the motor current.
anyone have any idea? -
why ı m getting this error? is it a ram error?

service said problem is dse card and fixed it.
but my problem is still standing on me. ı have changed the troubled mainboard cabine (with working harddisk and rams), cables and ı/o modules in turn with worked krc and all worked . so 3 parts (main borad cabine wih all parts, cables and modules) in the troubled krc is working. is there anyhthing else in the krc (except the mainboard cabine )can make this trouble. -
stunz_44 try to check arrays is empty or not. ı thought, if ,at the start of the program we write 0 for the arrays for one time, then we can check if its 0 or not. because stunz_44 s variables are not an int value and never be 0 if its written again. its easyer to check if it 0 or not.

u can give ur arrays 0 as beginning value. so u can check it s 0 or not.

ı have tried everything but nothing worked. ı removed the cabıne and send it to the service. ı will tell you what is the problem when ı learn -
lastly comminication is totaly gone for one of the robots. all conneciton cables was changed. when ı put the mfc card to other robot is working fine.also mfc card led blinking green like omron ı/o modul but bechoff devicenet modul is blinking red.(ı changed it , it happening always when ı try to connect robot which is giving error).
ı m using robot power supply ıts also 27 v dc.
lastly ı jumped devicenet shıelds and 0v to ground but ıts not worked too.
CANH- CANL voltages around 1,5v.
ı try to connect just one of ı/o modul and dısconnect others. but nothing happened again. can it be about the maınboard or about software?
ı m working on it but ı m open for ur advice -

ı have a problem with krc2 devicenet connection. ı have 2 robots, 2 omron devicenet ı/o modul with a beckhoff plc which is connected eachother with devicenet. it was wroking fine but before a week ago suddenly one of robot connection become unstable. sometimes it disconnect and connect again witohout reason. ı have changed the cables and mfc card (with working one). ı have try to connect device seperately but nothing worked.
also when try to reset driver it giving;
2018 error restart ı/o driver dr2drv
2 driver reset devicenet failed
what shuld be the next step? -
ı have tried some similar connection with krc4 but the other euipments were beckhoff. sometimes ı started to lost connection and it was because of poor ground conneciton. after fix it, it worked fine. ı dont know if ur problem is similar.
maybe you should start from beginning as config krc4 with beckhoff so u can see if krc4-beckhoff config is right. then check how many variable you have krc4 and other device maybe variales area is not equal to eachother. -
a line in sps file to change advance value as a default vaue is possible? it look likes advance value switching it self as a default value.
can you check advance value is still 0? -
you can switch between the pograms
in aut mode u can use if or switch also u can use prog number in ext mode.
u can write different points for each gaps or u can choose a reference point and change it by variables to choose other gaps? and why u need sensor? whats for c movement? -

ı have robots with krc4. when ı power off the robots, programs resetting automaticly. but ı want robots continue the programs after power off. what ı must do? -
did you checked the power cable plugs between the robot and the controller?

the robot shifts at the planes and oriantations. it cannot be because of one axis or gripper.
as you said ı will back up and check the position shifts. -
yes ı check mechanic parts on the gripper. everything s look fine and fixed. and ı dont think if something wrong about robot gear/belt. because robot can work fine for a long time without shift like 2-3 days. also its not a small shifting , for example 5-6 deg only at the A rotation.( other axis also shifting)

there was no error but ı m sure no one touched it. all the points shifted and it happened before one more time. ı have changed the card with another robot's card. ı will see if its because of the card. but maybe there is another reason to shift the points?

my krc2 robot start to shift points by itself. when it works suddenly all points shifted . ı suspect about rdw but is there anything else? should ı order a new card? -

last time ı tried to copy from wv to orange edit original archive file (which is working when ı load it) just some of config datas and errors appeared again(this time linking errors also bas and some other files gave errors). can it be a kind of bug because of both programs opened at same time or something like it between this programs?
anyway as ı said ı wrote program again. when ı have some more time ı wıll go on this. -
lastly ı have just copied some of config file information from workvisual and paste to orange edit. after ı do this config file bas file etc. all give error. ı havent understood what s the problem but because of limited time ı wrote program again.
ı dont know it must be just some text. maybe ı m missing something?
