Hi. I recently purchased one k125 with krc1 . I need to test the robot so i have made the conections on X11 to make stand alone operation and to get rid of error messages.
All starts no error messages and ( I ) is always on. When i try to jog the robot in T1 mode nothing appens but thw momwnt when i press the button in kcp1 2 relays conect. I dont hear the brakes off motors and no mevement also.
Can someone try to help me please.

I hear inside of power suplly 1 contactor when i press the key on kcp1 then when i also press the axxis to move nothing happens....

Is the system in T1 mode?
Is jogging enabled? Is Jogging in key mode or mouse mode? (Icon on left of screen, second(?) from top, above the red running man)
What is the jog speed setting?

It is in T1 mode and jogging in key mode ( when i press the key of kcp1 appears the axxis to move on right of screen)Speed of jog 100%.

I dont know ... i think yes. Well i found that my leds from enable and brake are all disconected....any ideas

yes.... for GM style KRC1.
but there are also variants like VW, standard Kuka etc.
For standard KUKA one can use one shown here:
