I agree with pdl. We are 40 posts into an issue usually solved in less than 5. SRVO-007 is one of the easiest problems. We are asking simple, detailed questions and you keep giving wrong information. The excuse is a missing maintenance guy or you will look at it again tomorrow. This has been going on for over 3 weeks. You should hire a reputable electrician and show them these posts, they should have this solved in a matter of minutes.

pdl. Okay I did some leg work just hearcme out please 🙏 we got the robot remastered it functions okay however in auto mode it will not cycle. All the estops have been removed . The power will not stay on. This is what the maintenance man said. He is at a loss ..

Power leaves the slave board tbop1 comes through the slave cable and to the distribution block. Leave Blick goes to ab contactor . There is supply out on A1 on the contactor. There is a line 618 it comes from the push button on operators station .when you push it in it does not transfer power back to the contactor and supply it to the logic box. What is holding this up????. Need help. The robot has been mastered thank you

Please verify again on the Panel Board that:
    TBOP1 has 3 jumpers: EMGIN 1-2, FENCE 1-2, SVOFF 1-2
    TBOP2 has 1 jumper EXOFF 1-2
CA39, CA44, and CRM33 have jumper plugs installed

Not quite clear on your terminology. Are you saying the robot can be jogged but does not maintain servo power when the selector switch on the teach pendant is turned off and the reset button is pushed?

What does the alarm menu say when you press Reset with the pendant selector switch off?

    @scooter thankyou for replying.

He removed all alarms and cleared the bzal 062 and have it remastered . To home position I jogged the robot several times on each axis and then sent it home . That part means to me that the robot is free when jogging it . During that time we have no alarms going off . I told the mantiance man that when I push the power button on by the operator station it will not stay on unless I hold it in this is a rotating table that will not rotate either unless I hold the power button in and hold the sweep table button in at the same time. After that I put the robot in auto and the tp pendant in auto 💯 percent weld enabled and pushed the cycle start button there was no response from the robot to move when it is in operation you press the cycle start button and the table rotates for the robot to start welding but that does not happen. I believe when you say the sevo power doesn't stay on is correct when I press the control power button . There is no alarms that pop up when I try to run it in auto. I will have him triple check where the jumpers you said that should be there .

When you press reset when the selector switch on the teach pendant is turned off, look at the LED on the servo amp. Is it "-" or "0"? If it "0", then you have servo power. If you have servo power then you need to determine why the program is not running.

Verify the keyswitch on the operator panel (SOP) is switched to 'Remote'. It appears that this setup is using I/O (UOP) to control the robot operation remotely.

Looking at your list of programs, do any have RSR or PNS in their names?

So far we usually have the keyswitch turn to remote on the panel . But don't know if he [ maintenance guy] changed that .I will look on Monday quote: when teach pendant is turned off, look at the LED on the servo amp. Is it "-" or "0"? If it "0", then you have servo power..

When you say this are you saying on the top line of the teach pendant or in the control panel area . Just need clarification thanks sir.

The key switch is in remote .

The TBOP1. Has just 2 jumpers

On your quote EMGIN 1-2, FENCE 1-2, SVOFF 1-2
    TBOP2 has 1 jumper EXOFF 1-2
    CA39, CA44, and CRM33 have jumper plugs

I am sending a picture hopefully so you can see if those areas are correct

Seems clear to me, must lose something in translation.

Does your program require a certain position to auto start?

Yes it has to be at home position which we did accomplish yet when at home I should be able to push the cycle power button.

But it does not stay on unless I hold it in, it still will not go into auto cycle start mode. Actually it does not respond at all . Any ideas why thanks kirk

Do you have indices that tell you the robot is at home, (LED's, etc)? Do you watch the program on your tp when you press auto start, it should either start or give you an alarm why not. Is there a PLC in the mix? The stoppage could very well originate from the PLC, which if PLC is programmed well should kick out an alarm as well. Start from basic and work out.
