    Hi guys,

I have KRC2sr controller and a old robot arm. Something happened (we don't know) in the controller and we get a new error message. We re-install the kuka robot program, but it doesn't work.

The error message: Error number:1421 R1/$config: 510 Complitation error

Do you have idea what is the problem? Or what we can do now?

If you want more details about this problem or anything, just write it!

    Thank you!

Changed the title of the thread from “R1/$config: 510 Complitation” to “1421 error number fails”.

pretty sure that should be "Compilation" rather than "Complitation"...

you need to check which specific file has the problem and why. chances are you forgot to install something, so during reinstallation some of the options that used to exist are no longer present but the programs are expecting them.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

We re-install the kuka robot program,

    What does this mean?

    Error number:1421 R1/$config: 510 Complitation error

This suggests that $CONFIG.DAT has a lot of issues. Have you examined the file?

hilight one of the program. On bottom line you will find the button "View ERR".

Click that button and in the window information about the error will be displayed

I would start with $CONFIG.DAT, if it shows that same error icon. This is because $CONFIG.DAT is a dependency that almost every program in the robot relies on. I suspect your $CONFIG.DAT became corrupted somehow, which has had knock-on effects on all of your program modules.
