The ABB irb6400 robot says it is running two programs and does not allow system restoration unless the program it is running is stopped. However, when trying to stop the program, It doesn't allow it to be done. In the routines tab, when selecting files, there would be the option to stop program. But although the option appears, I cannot access it. I can't navigate to it using the keys. But in other program options, some of them, I can access.

Do you have multitask ?

Sorry I do not understand. What do you mean if I multitask? I'm afraid of the robot here at the company, but I don't have much experience with this programming language. I work more with ladder.

I think running to programs is meaning "Process" in OS
Terminate next process in "taskmanager" and restart robotstudio.(LCtrl + LShift + ESC shortcut for taskmanager)

To focus on the problem, need a little more clarification as the IRB6400 series robot was common across 3 generations of controller using software 2.0 thru 4.0. Please give software version and/or controller model (M94A thru M2000).
Black's question is regarding the Multitasking option that allows the software to run multiple tasks at the same time.

The robot has a multitask option. There are other tasks running on the robot.
