Yes, after boot, you need to instal sistem with Robot Studio
On ABB robot when you cut Power,the battery alow computer to made shut down propely ,if battery group dont work,computer are not abble tò create image.

maybe its a stupid think ,if you conect the barr reader to a computer ,you can write to file on Robot on FTP,read the number from robot and load the program you need ,
i use this metod to load from a list in excel (about 300 code) ,i have a nr for each program ,if you think can work for you ,i can explain more ,you will need a computer

on Mega File Must be a Folder "ROBOTICS - partitie 64MB FAT Copy HDD",
Format yor Hdd FAT and just copy What its Inside folder on your Hdd
you will have a lott off Error(its My SistemCoppy) But must start.
if dont start maybe you have other problem like MotherBoard.
the Ghost File will give you only the Boot,you must instal tthe sistem with Robinstal.
Try to use the same version of robinstal, Mother bord can be with Pentium1 or Celeron second Generation(pentium 2)
try to use MoveLDo,MoveJDo
so you can play with the Do ,to Know where are the robot

i used many times this trick,
with Zone you must take care ,some time the robot its out of Zone but the part on griper its stil inside machine,so if you close the door with part inside.......

See how much space you have on the HDD, try to save the old BackUp in Your computer and then delete it,create more space
Grinding aluminum parts is very difficult. From my experience, 80% of the problems are from the parts, the gripper, the way to put the parts.
