I want to connect an Arduino gripper with kuka robot kr16. But i cannot find an Output port in the robot controller krc2.

There is no single i/o module in a kuka robot but different options. So we can not answer this. Do you have interbus, profibus, DeviceNet .... If everything is setup already as you say what i/o did you set up in your iosys.ini and is built into your controller.
It would also help if you could tell us what plugs your krc2 has, x11,...? Maybe by sharing a picture could be helpfull as well.

Normally robots have no I)O at all, this is something users need to add. Different fieldbus options exist. Your search should start with IOSYS.INI
