for some reason, it is not possible to install the option arctech.basic 1.0 for the robot.

When you click the install button, it asks for confirmation of the installation and after clicking the consent button, the window disappears and nothing happens.

The robot does not freeze at the same time.

Is this arctech version for kss 8.2? Whats written inside the logfile? Each TechPackage installation creates a logfile inside C.\KRC\LOG (not totally sure about this folder. Might also been C:\KRC\ROBOTER\LOG or something similar. I currently have no access to a robot to look it up precisely).

This does not tell anything. The folder seems to be correct. Is there a file vor ArcTech created when trying to install or not? If yes what is its content?

I think you have a bad ArcTech version, try to find new options, or change the installation settings. We will sell you the cheap option

tech options should include MD5 file.

this allows you to verify if something is corrupted...

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2
