Error 4416 motoman SIA 10D DX100

    Hello.

    i have a problem with my robot. i use motoman SIA 10D with DX100 as controller. i have program and run it in the robot. but, when i run it, the robot suddently out of the tool path and stop. and in the pendant appears Alarm 4416 pulse limit [R1 : Max Slurbite]. i search it on google,but i still have no clue to solve it.

    do you any suggestion for me?

    1) Reteach/recalculate the position.

    2). Change the motion type to said position.

    3) Adjust soft limits if robot has been redeployed.

    DX controller start at S1CxG400. So they would be;

    S1CxG400 S+

    S1CxG401 L+

    S1CxG402 U+

    S1CxG403 R+

    S1CxG404 B+

    S1CxG405 T+

    S1CxG406 7+

    S1CxG407 8+

    S1CxG408 S-

    S1CxG409 L-

    S1CxG410 U-

    S1CxG411 R-

    S1CxG412 B-

    S1CxG413 T-

    S1CxG414 7-

    S1CxG415 8-

    I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
